Mr. Kevin Hudson

I created Hudson Consulting Services, LLC, due to a desire to help visionaries increase clarity, structure, organization, and accountability within their businesses that are running on EOS.

I started a Fractional Sales Management Company, Keylan Management Group, which provides fractional sales management coaching to small businesses. We provide an outsourced sales management model, allowing owners to focus on the rest of their company’s operations. We’re an ideal fit for organizations that can’t justify the cost of hiring a full-time dedicated sales manager but value (and need) the leadership and discipline of an experienced and successful sales leader. We provide an affordable fractional sales management model, allowing owners to focus on the rest of their company’s operations.

Back in 2015, while working as a VP of sales, marketing, and operations for a small business, I was introduced to EOS through the operation of a Certified EOS ImplementerⓇ, while sitting in a leadership seat on the Executive Team. After one year, I took over the responsibility as a Fractional Integrator, and experienced the transformation through Traction as a valuable resource on how to get a grip on the business. I transitioned from this company in 2017, and started my own company, Hudson Consulting Services, LLC, to assist companies running on EOS.  

With nearly 30 years of experience as an area sales manager, district sales manager, director of sales, and VP of sales for national and international human capital management, payroll, and business retail organizations, I’ve played key roles in driving revenue growth and developing talent. I’ve been highly effective in creating and implementing sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives that drive sales success and improve process effectiveness throughout organizations. In addition, I provide business, sales, and leadership coaching to entrepreneurs, while delivering guidance on vision alignment and execution.

I began my professional career at ADP, one of the world’s largest payroll and HR outsourcing solutions providers.  During my 13 years at ADP, my hard work and determination paid off, resulting in five promotions and six President’s Club awards (a premiere award for top-performing employees).  Following my career in Corporate America and preceding the establishment of Keylan Management Group and Hudson Consulting Services, LLC., I worked for PeopleSoft as a corporate sales manager, with Staples as a district sales manager, and finally with CPI-HR as Vice President of HCM sales, marketing, and operations.

Dr. Chad Malcolm

I am a classically trained educator by nature, having spent over 20 years teaching students of all ages, from preschool through college. In addition to teaching in the classroom, I also spent four years in the golf business where I ran my own course and pro shop as the head professional. This time in the business realm gave me a better appreciation for how businesses should be run. After spending eight years in higher education teaching teachers, I transitioned to the next stage of my career: teaching businesses how. to operate business. I look to bring my educational background that was chocked full of organization, accountability, and student personal development to the business world as I work as an integrator. 

As a golf professional, course and pro shop owner, I tripled revenue and rounds of golf played by creating unique value propositions to drive business. I also lowered operating costs by over 34%. This was all accomplished in three short years. 

I am now the Chief Operating Officer for a full digital marketing firm. My goals for this company over the next year are to increase revenue by 150% while decreasing expenses year over year by at least 30 percent.

I pride myself on two things: (1) the development of staff and talent within an organization and, (2) sustaining accountability for all. First, I see potential and can create professional development plans to help staff gain capacities!  Second, I foster the accountability that is needed to accomplish a plan that has been laid out. I look forward tto bringing my skills to your business to help you achieve your goals.
