Fractional Integrator (Client Facing)

Hudson Consulting Services (HCS) seeks to add Fractional Integrators to the team to provide services to clients using our Proven Process and with the support of resources provided. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

A Hudson Consulting Services Fractional Integrator (HFI) provides services to clients on a fractional basis using our Proven Process and with the support and resources provided. This position’s success requires 3 - 5 years of experience in either the Integrator or Chief Operating Officer seat and 2 or more years running a company on EOS®.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Own the Integrator seat and accountabilities for each client.
Work with a variety of clients in the role of Integrator on either a full-day, half-day or special project assignment.
Support companies at any stage of their EOS journey by providing fractional leadership.
Participate in HCS business development activities, as requested.
Dependably demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
Participate and contribute to our HCS by attending monthly team calls, conferences, Slack channels, etc.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

5-10 years of leadership experience
At least two years’ experience running on EOS®. Working knowledge of EOS® and demonstration of successful integration with one or more organizations.
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing, honest, relentlessly committed to both details and defined outcomes
Demonstrated consistency in word and action
Collaborative nature with the ability to initiate and lead tough conversations
Desire and ability to cultivate intentional and meaningful relationships with clients, prospects, network contacts, and team members
Desire to continually learn, grow, and challenge the status quo
Ability to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics
Experience moving a fast-growing company successfully through the issues of scale
Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and financial leadership
Demonstrated experience with a variety of industries, company sizes, and organizational structures
Deep knowledge of all areas: human resources, finances, operations, sales/marketing and leadership development
Ability and desire to travel, when applicable

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:

Completion of the Rocket Fuel University Integrator Certification
Bachelor’s degree from accredited secondary institution

STRUCTURE DETAILS:

This position reports directly to the Founder.

This position is 100% remote, working with clients across the country and internationally.
This role requires providing updated client schedule information to HCS Integrators leadership. All contractors are compensated monthly as a 1099 contractor.
This role is responsible for the supply of all tools, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services outlined in the contractor agreement. Supplies are not limited to but include: computer/laptop, printer, internet, phone, video conferencing tools, Microsoft Office, etc. A G-suite account will be provided.
You will have access to an Integrator Coach and Mentor along with our own internal learning community.
